This is an informational site. Nothing is sold here and no order can be placed here. A form is an inquiry only: sending it creates no obligation on either side and reserves no product, date or price. An agreement is formed solely through a written quote or order confirmation issued by us.

Our products are made by hand, so no two pieces are identical. Photographs are illustrative rather than an exact promise, and colours vary between screens. Packaging carrying a client's own branding is possible at certain volumes, by prior arrangement. The site shows no prices, apart from the workshop prices published on the home page, and no commitment to availability or lead time; those are agreed individually and in writing. Workshop prices may be updated from time to time, and the binding price is the one given to you in writing when the booking is arranged.

We work under Kosher LeMehadrin supervision of Badatz Yerushalayim. For allergens, the label on the product itself is the only binding source. The information here is general and does not replace it. All our products are dairy and contain milk, and may contain gluten (wheat, barley, oats), peanuts, sesame, eggs, tree nuts (pecan, hazelnut, walnut, pistachio, almond, cashew) and soy. Some of our pieces contain nuts and almonds as a main ingredient. If you have an allergy or a sensitivity, tell us in advance and do not rely on the site alone.

All content here - photography, text, design, the logo and the name Chocolatte - belongs to us and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission. Linking to a page is welcome. Third-party services we link to (Wolt, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook) are governed by their own terms and are outside our control.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service and are not liable for reliance on general information here, for downtime, or for a form submission that fails to reach us. If an inquiry goes unanswered, please contact us directly. Nothing here limits rights granted to you by law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this site, and the date it was last updated appears at the top of the page.
