הפרטיות שלכם חשובה לנו, ולכן ריכזנו כאן - בשפה פשוטה - מה בדיוק קורה עם המידע שאתם מוסרים לנו באתר.

איזה מידע נאסף

האתר אוסף אך ורק מידע שאתם מוסרים מרצונכם בטפסי יצירת הקשר: שם, טלפון, כתובת אימייל, שם ארגון / מלון / תפקיד (אם צוינו) ותוכן הפנייה עצמה.

לנוחותכם, הפרטים שאתם מקלידים בטופס נשמרים זמנית בדפדפן שלכם בלבד (אחסון מקומי), כדי שלא יאבדו אם תרעננו את העמוד או תעברו לעמוד אחר לפני השליחה. מידע זה אינו נשלח לשום שרת, נמחק מיד לאחר שליחת הטופס, ובכל מקרה יורד מהדפדפן תוך 24 שעות.

בנוסף, האתר שומר בדפדפן שלכם שתי העדפות תצוגה בלבד: שפת הממשק שבחרתם, וההגדרות שסימנתם בסרגל הנגישות (למשל מצב ניגודיות או גודל גופן), כדי שלא תידרשו לבחור אותן מחדש בכל עמוד. שתיהן נשמרות במחשב שלכם, אינן נשלחות לשום שרת, אינן מזהות אתכם ואינן משמשות למעקב. אפשר למחוק אותן בכל רגע - בסרגל הנגישות יש כפתור "איפוס הגדרות", וניקוי נתוני האתר בדפדפן מוחק את שתיהן.

מעבר לכך אין באתר הרשמה ואין תשלומים.

לצורך מדידת תנועה אנחנו משתמשים ב-Google Analytics 4, אך רק אם אישרתם זאת. בכניסה הראשונה לאתר מופיעה הודעה שמבקשת את הסכמתכם. כל עוד לא אישרתם, וגם אם בחרתם "לא מאשר/ת", הכלי כלל אינו נטען, לא נשמרת אף עוגייה שלו, ולא נשלח לגוגל דבר. האתר עצמו עובד במלואו בשני המקרים.

אם אישרתם, הכלי מציב עוגיות בדפדפן שלכם ומקצה לכם מזהה אקראי, כדי שנוכל לדעת כמה אנשים נכנסו לאתר, לאילו עמודים, מאיזו מדינה ומאיזה מקור הגיעו (חיפוש בגוגל, רשת חברתית או קישור ישיר), ואילו קישורים יוצאים נלחצו. המזהה הזה אינו כולל את שמכם, הטלפון או כתובת האימייל שלכם, ופרטים שהקלדתם בטופס אינם נשלחים לגוגל בשום שלב. כתובת ה-IP שלכם משמשת את גוגל לזיהוי המדינה בלבד ואינה נשמרת אצלה במלואה. איננו מפעילים פרסום, והמידע הזה אינו משמש לפילוח פרסומי ואינו נמסר למפרסמים.

הנתונים האלה מעובדים ונשמרים על ידי Google (ספק אמריקאי) בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלה. גם אם אישרתם, תמיד אפשר לחזור בכם (ראו "עוגיות והסכמה" למטה), לחסום עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן, לגלוש במצב פרטי, או להתקין את תוסף ההסרה הרשמי של Google Analytics.

עוגיות והסכמה

עוגייה היא קובץ טקסט קטן שאתר שומר בדפדפן שלכם. האתר הזה אינו מציב עוגיות משלו כלל. העוגיות היחידות שעשויות להישמר בדפדפנכם מטעמנו הן של Google Analytics, ורק לאחר שאישרתם אותן.

הבחירה שלכם נשמרת בדפדפן שלכם בלבד (באחסון מקומי, לא בעוגייה) למשך 12 חודשים, ולאחריהם תישאלו שוב. אפשר לשנות אותה בכל רגע דרך הקישור "הגדרות עוגיות" שבתחתית כל עמוד. אם תבטלו הסכמה שנתתם, עוגיות המדידה יימחקו מהדפדפן והעמוד ייטען מחדש בלעדיהן.

העדפות התצוגה שתוארו למעלה (שפת הממשק והגדרות סרגל הנגישות) נשמרות באחסון מקומי ולא בעוגיות, נדרשות לתפקוד תקין של האתר ואינן משמשות למעקב, ולכן אינן טעונות הסכמה.

בנפרד מכל אלה, האתר טוען את הגופנים שלו משרתי Google Fonts, ולכן כתובת ה-IP שלכם נמסרת ל-Google בעת פתיחת העמוד. הגופנים אינם שומרים עוגיות. המפה בעמוד יצירת הקשר היא תמונה שיושבת בשרת שלנו ואינה פונה לגוגל כלל; רק לחיצה עליה פותחת את Google Maps, וזו כבר בחירה שלכם. אם יתווספו בעתיד כלים נוספים, מדיניות זו תעודכן ותיושם בהתאם.

איך המידע מעובד

טופס שנשלח באתר עובר לשרת שלנו עצמו (Cloudflare Pages), ומשם נשלח כהודעת דואר אלקטרוני באמצעות שירות המשלוח Resend (ספק אמריקאי). עותק של ההודעה נשמר בשרתי אותו שירות לתקופה מוגבלת, לצורכי תפעול ואיתור תקלות, בהתאם למדיניותו.

הפנייה מגיעה לתיבת הדואר של העסק (Gmail) וכן לתיבתו של מנהל השיווק שלנו, המטפל בפניות עסקיות. אלה הגורמים היחידים שנחשפים לפנייה.

בנוסף, האתר טוען את הגופנים שלו משרתי Google Fonts, ולכן בעת טעינת העמוד כתובת ה-IP שלכם עשויה להיות מעובדת על ידי Google בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלה.

למה משמש המידע

המידע שנמסר בטופס משמש למטרה אחת בלבד - מענה לפנייתכם. אנחנו לא מוכרים, לא משכירים ולא מעבירים את המידע לצדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווק.

דיוור שיווקי - רק אם ביקשתם

בכל אחד מטפסי האתר יש שתי תיבות סימון, והן נפרדות זו מזו בכוונה. הראשונה היא אישור ליצירת קשר בנוגע לפנייה עצמה, והיא חובה - בלעדיה הטופס לא נשלח. השנייה, שמתחתיה, היא בקשה לקבל מאיתנו עדכונים ומבצעים: היא אינה מסומנת מראש, ואינה נדרשת כדי לשלוח את הטופס. אם לא סימנתם אותה, לא נשלח לכם דבר מלבד המענה לפנייתכם.

גם אם סימנתם, אפשר לחזור בכם בכל רגע: כל הודעה תכלול דרך להסרה, ואפשר גם פשוט לכתוב לנו למייל ונסיר אתכם מיד.

מסירת המידע - בחירה חופשית

מסירת המידע תלויה ברצונכם החופשי ובהסכמתכם. אין חובה חוקית למסור אותו - אך בלעדיו לא נוכל לחזור אליכם. כדי לשלוח טופס תתבקשו לסמן אישור ליצירת קשר בנוגע לפנייה, משום שזה מה שהטופס נועד לו. ההסכמה לדיוור שיווקי לעולם אינה תנאי לשליחה, ובחירה שלא לסמן אותה אינה משפיעה על הטיפול בפנייתכם.

הבסיס החוקי לעיבוד

אנחנו מעבדים את המידע על בסיס הסכמתכם, ולצורך ביצוע פעולות לבקשתכם לקראת התקשרות אפשרית - כלומר מענה לפנייה שאתם יזמתם. עבור מבקרים שחלה עליהם רגולציית ה-GDPR האירופית, אלה הבסיסים שבסעיפים 6(1)(a) ו-6(1)(b) לרגולציה. משלוח דיוור שיווקי נסמך על הסכמה מפורשת ונפרדת בלבד.

כמה זמן נשמר המידע

פנייה נשמרת בתיבות הדואר שלנו כל עוד היא נדרשת לטיפול בה ולקשר העסקי שנוצר בעקבותיה, ולכל היותר 24 חודשים מהפנייה האחרונה שלכם - ולאחר מכן נמחקת. אם ביקשתם לקבל דיוור, פרטיכם יישמרו לצורך זה עד שתבקשו להסירם.

בכל שלב אפשר לבקש מחיקה מוקדמת יותר, ונבצע אותה.

זכויותיכם

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 (כולל תיקון 13), אתם רשאים:

מבקרים שחלה עליהם רגולציית ה-GDPR רשאים בנוסף לבקש עותק של המידע בפורמט נגיש, להגביל את השימוש בו, ולהתנגד לעיבודו.

Privacy Policy - English Summary

Chocolatte is a handmade boutique chocolate factory at Poalei Tzedek 2, Jerusalem. Last updated: 15.08.2026.

We only collect what you voluntarily submit in our contact forms: name, phone, email, organization / hotel / role, and your message. For your convenience, what you type into a form is saved temporarily in your own browser (local storage) so it isn't lost if you refresh or navigate away before sending; it is never transmitted to any server, is deleted as soon as the form is sent, and expires within 24 hours in any case. The site also remembers two display preferences in your browser only: your chosen language and your accessibility-toolbar settings.

There is no registration and no payments. We measure traffic with Google Analytics 4, but only if you have accepted it. A notice asks on your first visit; until you accept, and if you choose "Decline", the tool is never loaded, no cookie of its is stored and nothing about you reaches Google. The site works in full either way. If you do accept, it sets cookies and assigns you a random identifier, so that we can see how many people visit, which pages they read, which country and which source they came from (Google search, social network or a direct link), and which outbound links they click. That identifier carries no name, phone number or email address of yours, and nothing you type into a form is ever sent to Google. Your IP address is used by Google for country-level location only and is not stored there in full. We run no advertising, and this data is not used for ad targeting. It is processed and held by Google, a US provider, under its own privacy policy.

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your answer is kept in your browser only (in local storage, not in a cookie) for 12 months, after which you are asked again, and you can change it at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the measurement cookies and reloads the page without them. The display preferences described above (interface language, accessibility toolbar settings) are local storage rather than cookies, are needed for the site to work correctly and are not used for tracking, so they require no consent. Separately from all of this, the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your IP address is disclosed to Google when a page opens; the fonts store no cookies. The map on the contact page is an image held on our own server and never calls Google at all - only clicking it opens Google Maps, which is your choice. If further tools are added later, this policy will be updated and applied accordingly.

A submitted form goes to our own server (Cloudflare Pages) and is then sent as an email through Resend, a US delivery provider, which retains a copy on its servers for a limited period for operational and troubleshooting purposes. It arrives in the business inbox (Gmail) and in the inbox of our marketing manager, who handles business inquiries; no one else sees it. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so when a page loads your IP address may be processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing. Providing your details is entirely voluntary - but without them we cannot get back to you. To send a form you are asked to tick a box agreeing to be contacted about that inquiry, because answering it is what the form is for. Consent to marketing is never a condition of sending, and declining it does not affect how your inquiry is handled.

Every form carries two boxes, deliberately kept apart. The first is that agreement to be contacted about your inquiry, and it is required. The second, below it, asks whether you would like updates and offers from us: it is never pre-ticked and is never needed in order to send the form. If you did not tick it, you will hear from us only in reply to your inquiry. If you did, you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in any message, or simply by emailing us.

We process your details on the basis of your consent and in order to take steps at your request prior to a possible engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) where that regulation applies). Marketing messages rest on separate, explicit consent alone. An inquiry is kept for as long as it is needed to handle it and to maintain any business relationship arising from it, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact, after which it is deleted; earlier deletion on request is always available.

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you may review the information you provided, and request its correction or deletion, and withdraw any consent you gave, by emailing us. Where GDPR applies you may also request a portable copy, restrict processing, and object to it. Communication with the site and form transmission are encrypted (HTTPS).
