Our Story

An Engineer of Chocolate

His name is Koby Abud. For years he was an engineer and a lecturer in Industrial Management - a steady career, a well-paved path. But one dream would not let go: a chocolate atelier of his own.

In 2007 he stopped waiting. Together with his wife Revital - an industrial engineer herself, fresh out of her studies - they left the safe path and opened a boutique chocolate factory in the heart of Jerusalem.

Ever since, every chocolate that leaves this place passes through Koby’s hands - casting, filling, decorating, one at a time. The precision he brought with him from engineering; the soul he found in chocolate.

There's something about chocolate that brings people together. Our workshops are a sweet, shared experience - for an unforgettable birthday, for a company looking to treat and bond its team, or for any group that comes to create, taste and laugh together.

Kids' Chocolate Workshop

A sweet, creative experience for children. The kids make their own chocolate, decorate and design it, and take their creations home at the end.
